Hi, I'm having trouble with a Web page which uses flash player which displays an error message of "initializing player" but freezes and does nothing.
I am using win 8.1 which has the latest flash update installed. I also have a win 7 laptop which also displays the same but I also have a win 7 works computer which does work so it leads me to wonder whether it is a permissions thing.
I have temporarily disabled windoes defender to see whether thisnis causing the problem but it hasn't helped.
Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
