Hi,
I'm having a problem with a pdf created for my company. It exports without problems and displays fine on my computer, but once it's been uploaded to the website and you download it from there, random pages don’t display correctly, images and chunks of text go missing, and different ‘internal error’ messages pop up, such as:
“An internal error occurred”
“An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the pdf document to correct the problem”
“Cannot extract the embedded font ‘LICYDR+GaramondMT’. Some characters may not display or print correctly”
“Insufficient data for an image”
And when I close the pdf it asks if I want to save even though I haven’t made any changes to the document. It seems everyone has problems with different pages and receives different error messages. It's exported using the Smallest File Size preset in InDesign. Any idea what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Sarah
