I purchased Creative Cloud in 2012, as a student, and I used it for the past year+ but a few months my computer was factory reset, and I couldn't remember the email or password I used to get it. So now I am being charged every month for a product I can't use. I would like to cancel this and get a new subscription on an email I will remember, but I have no idea how to go about this unless I go to my bank and have it removed. I would really like to figure this out without having to do that, but it seems Adobe doesn't want to interact with their customers to actually help them with their problems because it just continues to send me to forums regardless of what options I put in on the customer support windows.
