Hi Elireo,
Please try the below steps and check the results.
1) Go to SL Cache under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache and rename it to old_SLCache
2) Go to the Sl Store under C:\ProgramData\Adobe and rename that folder to old_SL Store. (Program data is generally hidden on Windows)
Show hidden files - Windows Help
Restart the machine and launch the product to check. Hope it helps.
