I assume you are saying you can not activate it on a new computer because it already activated on another machine. You should only get that message if you have activated on 2 other machines (the standard license allows for 2 activations, such as a desktop and a laptop. It does not allow multiple activations for several people. If you have run out of activations you will have to contact Adobe (not users as here) to adjust your activations. They may require proof-of-purchase and an explanation of why you may be exceeding the activation limit (only guessing what they may ask). You may be able to get assistance on chat.
