Hi, Terry. Thanks for posting about the problems you are encountering with Adobe Send. I, too, am an annual subscriber and I'm having the very same issues and experiencing the same frustrations. What you have described in uploading to the Adobe Cloud, the error messages, etc., is exactly what I am encountering.
Adobe Send Team... Is it a problem with file size? I've sent small files using Adobe Send and have had no problems. But, when trying to send a large file to an individual or upload it to the Adobe Cloud, I encounter nothing but error messages after long, long, long, upload times. Please... Please help us.
