I actually just tested some stuff to separate the source of this issue and it actually is the .png file at the start of V4.

How can this small image file which lasts ~4 minutes increase the export time by over an hour?
EDIT:
The image has a "Channel Mixer" effect which seems to be the reason for the extreme increase in export time - just by deleting this effect exporting is 60 minutes faster:
what is the reason for this?
