I can select my photos in PSE12 and the dialogue selection box appears but when I select upload the selected photos the Radio button/Box just oulines and does nothing I have waited for over 1 hour to see if anything happens but nothing further does, I can still upload to facebook etc, only Flickr seems to be affected, please can you assist.I can still upload from Flickr via file explorer. but it is much more convenient to use PSE12 which has worked in the recent past.
